Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before your event. Cancellations within 7 days of the rental start receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Cleaning Expectations

Please return items in the condition they arrived. A basic wipe-down is appreciated — standard cleaning is included. Excessive soiling (mud, wax, food residue) may incur a cleaning fee.

Damage Responsibility

Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Missing or broken items are charged at replacement cost. Please report any damage as soon as it happens.

Late Return Policy

Returns are due by the agreed return time. Late returns are charged one additional rental day for each day late. If you need more time, contact us before the return date and we will do our best to accommodate.
